These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of Globlinker portable hotspot devices, your use of our prepaid data plans, and your access to our websites and customer portal. By purchasing a device or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
· Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
· Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
· Devices: Globlinker sells portable hotspot devices designed to provide Internet access in the United States and many other countries. Service quality may vary depending on location, network availability and other factors beyond our control.
· Prepaid data: Our data plans are prepaid. You purchase a specific amount of data upfront and can use it until it is depleted or expires. There are no recurring subscription fees.
· Acceptable use: You agree to use Globlinker devices and services for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse, modify or resell the device, or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity when using it. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
· Placing orders: When you place an order, you must provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, errors in the description or price, or suspected fraud.
· Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the total order amount. We use third‑party payment processors and do not store full card numbers.
· Taxes and duties: All taxes, customs duties, and import fees are fully covered by us for all destinations we deliver to, worldwide.
You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery, what you pay at checkout is the final price.
· Shipping and risk of loss: All shipments are fully covered by our Lifetime Warranty. In the event of loss, damage, or delivery issues during shipping, we will resend a replacement device at no additional cost.
You are fully protected, we take full responsibility until your order is successfully delivered.
· Return period: devices can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Devices that have been activated or used are eligible for return. Prepaid data is non‑refundable.
· Return shipping: Free
· Coverage: We offer a lifetime limited warranty on our hotspot devices. For as long as you own the device, we warrant that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect occurs, we will, at our option, repair the device or replace it with a new or refurbished unit.
· Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty is void if the device has been opened or altered by anyone other than Globlinker or an authorized service provider.
· Making a claim: To obtain warranty service, contact our customer support with a description of the defect and proof of purchase. If we confirm the defect, we will replace the device and cover return shipping.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globlinker and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of our devices or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the device or data plan.
You agree to indemnify and hold Globlinker and our officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of our devices or your violation of these Terms.
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform that result from events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes or network outages.
· Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. If you are a consumer resident of another country, you may have the benefit of your mandatory consumer protection laws.
· Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your purchase or use of our devices and services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post updated Terms on our websites and indicate the date of the latest revision. Your continued use of our devices or services after the changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the devices and services.
